Project description:The project scientific goals are oriented to two parallel directions in exploitation process of biological active environment in contact with various machine metal elements. The first direction is oriented to characteristics of functional couple wear of engine using biogas as fuel for combustion engines in comparison to engine using common fossil fuel. The part of this direction will be knowledge base creation on functional couple behavior of combustion engine using biogas. Based on results, particular arrangements at stabilization of ecological and technical parameters of engine operated by biogas will be designed under the condition that stage changes of thermodynamic activity can be influenced. The second project aim is observation of material and technological aspects of surface layers obtained using diffusive saturation process and assessment of structure of created layers and exploitation characteristics in biologically active environment. The main objective is to verify experimentally usage possibilities of diffusive saturation technology using electric and plasma arc for surface layers creation on elements used in tribological joints of agricultural machines and equipment operated in biologically active environment.
