Project description:The solution of the project will be focused on optimization of technological parameters of selected ways of forming wear-resistant surface layers on functional parts of machines used in agriculture. Optimized technological parameters of all investigated methods of surface layer formation will be verified in laboratory as well as in operating conditions. Part of the solution will be the design and construction of a positioning device, as well as the design and construction of a dynamic abrasive wear testing device. In addition to conventional wear assessment methods, non-contact 3D scanning will be used to evaluate wear created during laboratory and operational tests.
